I hold close the vision of a land that leads us back to the true values of life — a land that is pure, organic, and rich in wholesome produce, where quality can truly flourish.
To “preserve agriculture” means, first and foremost, to preserve our health: the food we place on our tables, the food we nourish ourselves with each day, and the food we pass on to our children.
Alongside this, I also cherish the idea of a rural hospitality shaped by simple and spontaneous things, where one may rediscover the value of time, measured by the rhythms of nature.
A calm far removed from the frantic pace of modern urban life.
A more expansive time, with a different and almost unfamiliar flavour.
That same time which, by the clock, is identical everywhere… and yet flows so differently whenever I am here in the countryside.
